3月30日，金神镇桂某某报案称其家门口一颗盆栽被盗。金神所联合刑侦大队迅速展开调查，最终摸清盗窃男子身份。
4月2日下午将嫌疑人罗某抓获归案，目前案件正在进一步办理中。
