上海证券交易所制定了《上海证券交易所程序化交易管理实施细则》，经中国证监会批准，现予以发布，并自2025年7月7日起施行。其中，明确程序化交易导致证券交易出现重大异常波动，或者因不可抗力等突发性事件可能影响交易正常进行的，本所可以按照业务规则采取限制交易、停牌停市等处置措施。（上交所网站）
