格隆汇4月3日丨久日新材(688199.SH)在投资者互动平台表示，公司的光敏剂主要产品为重氮萘醌类光敏剂，包括光刻胶用光敏剂PAC、TPPA-PAC、THPE-PAC等系列产品，目前已经开始供货，已累计形成吨级订单。据公司掌握的信息，目前光敏剂PAC系列产品在国内暂无其他规模化量产厂家。
