ST永悦4月2日公告，根据有关规定，公司触及的其他风险警示情形已消除，且不存在触及退市风险警示和其他风险警示的情形，公司已向上海证券交易所提出撤销相应的其他风险警示申请。公司同日公告，2024年公司实现营业收入3.7亿元，较上年同期增长9.66%；实现归属于上市公司股东的净利润-1.66亿元。
