4月1日，复旦微电（688385/01385）发布公告，控股股东复旦复控拟参与换购证券投资基金份额。复旦复控持有公司1.09亿股，占总股本的13.35%，此次换购计划的股份不超过821万股，即不超过公司股份总数的1%。换购拟于2025年4月24日至2025年7月23日之间进行，具体数量将根据市场价格确定。
2024年，复旦微电实现收入35.90亿元，归母净利润5.73亿元。
