珍宝岛4月1日公告，公司已将全资子公司虎林市方圣医药科技有限公司100%股权转让给黑龙江和晖制药有限公司，交易价格为4.25亿元。此次交易不构成关联交易，也不构成重大资产重组。交易价格较账面价值溢价318万元。转让后，公司将获得财务净收益约4.2亿元。
