财联社4月1日电，国家金融监督管理总局山西监管局发布批复显示，监管已同意山西省财政厅山西银行的股东资格，山西省财政厅入股山西银行14.15亿股股份，持股比例为5.18%，山西银行应严格遵照有关法律法规完成上述股权变更事宜。
