北京商报讯（记者 王寅浩 李晗）北京市住建委官网数据显示，3月31日北京新房网签1097套，网签面积79277.55平方米，其中住宅网签350套，网签面积41087.58平方米；二手房网签1470套，网签面积128623.46平方米，其中住宅网签1386套，网签面积123908.38平方米。
