北京商报讯（记者 丁宁）4月1日，成都先导（688222）高开6.13%，开盘价为16.44元/股。
消息面上，成都先导发布公告称，公司正在筹划以现金方式受让股权的方式合计取得南京海纳医药科技股份有限公司（以下简称"海纳医药"）约 65%的股权。本次交易完成后，成都先导将成为海纳医药的控股股东。
