3月31日，力星股份（300421）发布公告，公司拟以现金方式收购飞燕钢球控股权。
本次拟对外投资事项目前尚未正式签署任何交易协议，尚处于筹划阶段，最终的投资金额和股权比例尚未确定。
飞燕钢球的基本情况如下表。
2024年前三季度，力星股份实现收入7.77亿元，归母净利润5072万元。
