做好重度残疾人托养照护服务，提升残疾预防和康复服务水平，是2025年《政府工作报告》中提出的民生重点工作。我省以民生关切为导向，在太原市小店区建设打造了山西省残疾人综合康复中心二期项目，当下，工程主体基本完工，后续的工程建设正在加速推进。
