女子偶像团体AKB48 Team K前成员、以及AKB48子团Not yet成员。童星出身，2006年以AKB48二期生身份出道，与前田敦子并列为团内的“王牌”（Ace），两人与高桥南被视为AKB48发展起飞期之核心成员。2014年6月9日自AKB48毕业，其后以演员为活动重心。
