人民财讯3月28日电，云图控股(002539)3月28日晚间公告，公司近日与贵港市人民政府、贵港市覃塘区人民政府签署了《云图智领绿色化工新能源材料项目投资合作协议书》，拟在贵港覃塘产业园区投资建设云图智领绿色化工新能源材料项目，项目总投资约159亿元人民币，分三期建设。
