格隆汇3月26日｜美国折扣零售巨头美元树(Dollar Tree)宣布，已与私募股权投资机构Brigade Capital Management和Macellum Capital Management达成协议，将以10.07亿美元的价格出售旗下Family Dollar业务。Family Dollar是美国知名连锁杂货零售商，在全美拥有超过8000家门店。
