消息面上，3月25日，金界控股公布2024年业绩，收入5.625亿美元，同比增长5.49%；净利约1.1亿美元，同比减少38.34%；每股盈利2.48美仙。公告称，净利减少主要由于本年度海参崴项目确认非现金减值亏损8910万美元。
