3月24日，瑞联新材（688550）发布公告，股东、董事长刘晓春解除质押350万股，占其所持股份的29.92%，占公司总股本的2.03%，并再质押424万股，占其所持股份的36.25%，占公司总股本的2.46%。
截至公告披露日，本次质押后刘晓春累计质押股份为823万股，占其所持股份的70.39%，占公司总股本的4.78%。
2024年前三季度，瑞联新材实现收入10.93亿元，归母净利润1.85亿元。
