财联社3月22日电，当地时间3月22日，委内瑞拉政府发布公告，在“返回祖国计划”下，委内瑞拉与美国达成协议，将从23日起恢复与美国遣返移民的安排，在保证委内瑞拉人人权的情况下，让委移民有尊严地返回委内瑞拉。公告同时表示，将寻求被关押在萨尔瓦多的委内瑞拉人返回委内瑞拉。
