新京报贝壳财经讯 3月22日，南方航空发布公告，公司董事罗来君因工作变动于3月21日申请辞去公司执行董事、董事会提名委员会委员及薪酬与考核委员会委员职务。
据公告，南方航空目前的董事会成员有执行董事马须伦、韩文胜，独立非执行董事何超琼、郭为、张俊生。
