bp公司和阿波罗公司3月21日宣布，双方已达成协议，由阿波罗管理的基金将以约10亿美元购买英国石油管道（BP Pipelines）公司25%的非控股股权，该公司持有bp公司在TANAP项目（跨安纳托利亚天然气管道项目）12%的权益。预计交易将于2025年第二季度完成，但需获得监管部门和TANAP股东的批准。
