2021年购买了一套立国京杭名都的房子，合同约定2024年12月31日交房，24年12月31日发短信打电话通知延期到2025年3月20日，25年3月20日去收房去，还不具备交房条件，也不给出正式的延期交房通知，请问一下 相关部门领导，该小区具备交房条件吗？什么时候给我们老百姓交房？什么时候具备办理房产证？符合济宁交房即办证的条件吗？
