当地时间3月19日，毗邻索马里首都摩加迪沙国际机场的哈兰基地遭到迫击炮袭击，袭击疑似由索马里“青年党”武装人员发起。
哈兰基地位于机场附近，多国驻索使馆、联合国及其他国际组织驻索机构在哈兰基地驻扎。
索马里“青年党”是与“基地”组织有关联的极端组织，近年来在索马里及其邻国多次发动恐怖袭击，对地区安全构成重大威胁。（央视新闻）
