人民财讯3月19日电，华纬科技(001380)3月19日晚间公告，公司拟与万安科技(002590)共同投资设立合资公司建设摩洛哥生产基地，投资总额不超过3000万欧元。其中公司出资不超过1950万欧元，占股65%，万安科技出资不超过1050万欧元，合计占股35%。
