2025年3月17日，大全能源(688303.SH)公告称，公司核心技术人员马晓亮与公司签订的劳动合同于2025年3月2日到期。合同到期后，马晓亮先生因个人原因不再与公司续签劳动合同，并于近日办理完毕离职手续。
马晓亮2023年8月至2025年3月任内蒙大全总经办副总经理。截至本公告披露日，马晓亮先生直接持有公司5,000股股份。
