瑞银集团在3月17日的年度报告中称，授予首席执行官Sergio Ermotti的2024年薪酬略低于1500万瑞郎，其中包括280万瑞郎的固定薪酬和1210万瑞郎的浮动薪酬。根据去年调整后的规定，执行委员会成员的奖金最高可达固定薪酬的7倍。2023年Ermotti在瑞信9个月的薪酬为1440万瑞郎。
