3月14日，中金环境（300145）发布公告，控股股东沈金浩先生近日将其所持有的公司部分股份进行了质押。具体而言，沈金浩质押了4155万股，占其所持股份的27.45%，占公司总股本的2.16%。质押起始日为2025年3月12日，质押到期日为2026年3月12日，质权人为国联民生证券股份有限公司，质押用途为个人资金需求。
2024年前三季度，中金环境实现收入35.85亿元，归母净利润2.52亿元。
