2025年3月11日，万丰奥威(002085.SZ)公告称，公司下属子公司heptus 591. GmbH与Volocopter GmbH管理人Tobias Wahl签署《资产收购协议》，heptus 591. GmbH拟收购Volocopter GmbH名下相关有形资产、知识产权及承接特定合同权利义务，交易价格为1000万欧元。本次收购资金全部来源于公司自有或自筹资金。
