日前，美的从本周起开始实施“严格控制加班”政策，规定晚18:20起不允许还有人在公司加班，同时也禁止员工就餐后再返回工位继续加班。据悉，一到下班时间HR便开始催促各部门抓紧时间下班。
对此，美的董秘回应称，暂未听说员工强制18点20下班，“公司正常工作时间为8点30至18点”，每个部门工作时长都一样。
