3月10日，吉宝有限公司（Keppel Ltd）发布公告称，吉宝基础设施基金（KIF）和其共同投资者已向JF Lehman & Company旗下的投资机构，买下海底光缆方案供应商全球海事集团（Global Marine Group）所有股权。全球海事集团总部位于英国，正运营六艘船舶，提供海底光缆维护与铺设服务。吉宝有限公司估计，这项收购不会对公司本财年的每股净有形资产值，或每股收益产生重大影响。
