东京电力公司3月10日称，当天上午10时左右，新潟县柏崎刈羽核电站6号机组建筑内的紧急柴油发电机控制室发生冒烟情况，该公司随即拨打火警。目前烟已散去。
东电公司表示，此次事件没有辐射外泄的影响。（央视新闻）
