半导体设备公司Allegro Microsystems当地时间3月6日证实，于2月12日收到安森美提出的每股35.1美元现金收购要约。Allegro表示，董事会在与独立财务和法律顾问协商后审议该提议，认为收购要约不够充分，“除非有必要，否则公司不打算对此发表进一步评论”。
