格隆汇3月5日｜长和(00001.HK)盘初大涨近25%，报48.2港元，股价创2023年5月以来新高。消息面上，长和在港交所公告称，该公司3月4日与BlackRock-TiL财团就出售和记港口在Panama Ports Company之90%权益达成原则性协议。PPC拥有并经营位于巴拿马运河附近巴尔博亚及克里斯托瓦尔的港口。BlackRock-TiL财团包括贝莱德贝莱德：BLK 951.790 -1.52% +自选、Global Infrastructure Partners及Terminal Investment Limited，交易还涉及长和向上述财团出售其在Hutchison Port Holdings S.a r.l.（HPHS）及Hutchison Port Group Holdings Limited（HPGHL）全部股份。
