良品铺子3月3日晚间公告称，董事会收到杨银芬因个人原因辞去董事长、总经理职务的报告，辞职后仍任董事等职。3月1日，董事会选举程虹为董事长，且由其代行总经理职责，直至聘任新总经理，公司将尽快完成聘任工作。
