财联社3月2日电，奇正藏药(002287.SZ)公告称，公司拟使用自有资金以集中竞价交易方式回购公司A股股份，回购总金额为不低于人民币9,000万元（含）且不超过人民币16,000万元（含），回购价格不超过31.65元/股（含）。回购股份的实施期限自董事会审议通过之日起不超过十二个月。
