中国恒大2月27日在港交所公告，继针对天基控股发出清盘令后，香港高等法院于2025年2月21日颁令委任安迈顾问有限公司的Edward Simon Middleton及黄咏诗为天基控股的共同及各别清盘人。
公司股份自2024年1月29日（星期一）上午10时18分起暂停买卖，并将继续停牌，直至另行通知。
