2月26日，通用汽车公司宣布，其董事会已批准将季度普通股股息率提高每股0.03美元，该调整将自下一次计划派息开始生效。此外，董事会还批准了新的60亿美元股票回购授权。公司已签订加速股票回购（ASR）计划，将通过该计划执行60亿美元股票回购授权中的20亿美元。该ASR计划预计将于2025年第二季度完成。
