据新华社2025年2月25日消息，近日，中共中央、国务院印发《国家突发事件总体应急预案》。其中明确，任何单位和个人获悉突发事件，均应当通过110接处警电话或者其他渠道报告，不得迟报、谎报、瞒报、漏报，不得压制、阻挠报送紧急信息。
