2月25日，百度集团-SW（09888/89888/BIDU）发布公告，2025年2月25日，公司与欢聚集团达成协议，收购先前由JOYY拥有的中国内地视频娱乐直播业务（YY直播），收购总价约为21亿美元。此次交易中，之前根据股份购买协议存入托管账户的约16亿美元资金已全部释放给公司，计划用于投资公司的云及AI基础设施。
