2月19日，北京市市场监督管理局发布公告，太钢集团旗下的宁波宝新不锈钢有限公司（最终控制人为中国宝武）股权结构发生重大调整。日本日铁不锈钢和三井物产两家外资企业通过“定向减资”方式退出公司，其余股东继续持股。太钢集团对宁波宝新的持股比例从54%升至73.97%。
