财联社2月21日电，英方软件公告称，一致行动人好望角启航、好望角越航、好望角苇航因自身资金需求，拟通过集中竞价交易或大宗交易的方式减持其所持有的公司股份合计不超过2,505,000股，本次减持比例合计不超过公司总股本的3.00%，自本减持计划公告之日起15个交易日后的3个月内实施。
