2月21日，FIT HON TENG（06088）发布公告，宣布其间接全资附属公司NewWing Interconnect Technology (Bac Giang) Co., Ltd与独立第三方签署合资协议。
根据协议，NewWing将向合资公司Goertek Electronics Vietnam Co., Ltd注入现金5000万美元。合资公司注册资本将由NewWing和独立第三方分别持有25%和75%。
此次合资交易被视为战略投资，且所有相关适用百分比率均低于5%，因此根据香港联合交易所有限公司的证券上市规则第十四章，该交易不构成本公司的须予公布交易。公告提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖本公司证券时需审慎行事。
