北京时间2月20日，在英超第29轮的比赛中，利物浦客场2-2战平阿斯顿维拉，此战萨拉赫再次贡献了一射一传。
赛后根据统计，现年32岁的萨拉赫也就此成为了自2014-15赛季当时还效力于巴萨的梅西(11场)以来，欧洲五大联赛首位能够在单赛季的比赛中至少10次单场贡献传射的球员。
本赛季至今，萨拉赫代表利物浦在各项赛事里出场37次，打进29球并送出20次助攻。
