中新网2月20日电 最高人民检察院20日召开“加强民生司法保障”新闻发布会。会上，最高检党组成员、副检察长宫鸣表示，2024年，办理涉劳动争议民事检察监督案件5300余件，提出抗诉、再审检察建议800余件。2024年1至11月，受理民事支持起诉案件7.9万余件，审查后支持起诉5.8万余件，其中支持农民工起诉3.8万余件，帮助农民工追索劳动报酬10亿余元。
