2月19日，京东宣布，自2025年3月1日起，将逐步为京东外卖全职骑手缴纳五险一金，为兼职骑手提供意外险和健康医疗险。继给快递小哥缴纳五险一金后，京东再次成为首个为外卖骑手缴纳五险一金的平台。京东外卖自2月11日起正式启动“品质堂食餐饮商家”招募，对2025年5月1日前入驻的商家全年免佣金。
