日本帝国数据库近日发布调查结果显示，71.0%的企业回答称将上调今年4月新入职员工的起薪，平均上调9114日元（约合人民币437元）。企业可能是受物价上涨与人手短缺导致的招聘难影响而决定加薪，人工费上涨似乎已成为令经营者头痛的问题。加薪金额在1万至2万日元之间的企业占41.3%，其次是5000至1万日元之间，占30.7%。从加薪企业的规模来看，中小企业占71.4%，高于大企业的69.6%。
