日前，国家金融监督管理总局湖北监管局行政处罚信息公开表(襄金监罚决字〔2025〕10号)显示，中信银行银行股份有限公司襄阳分行存在贴现资金转作银行承兑汇票保证金违法违规行为。根据有关规定，国家金融监督管理总局襄阳监管分局对中国中信银行股份有限公司襄阳分行罚款25万元。(胡金)
