金融界2月14日消息，有投资者在互动平台向冠石科技提问：请问宁波冠石半导体什么时候能释放产能？是否已经开始投产了？
公司回答表示：公司光掩膜版制造项目已于2023年10月开工建设，设备已按约定如期陆续交付。预计2025年公司实现45nm光掩膜版的量产，2028年实现28nm光掩膜版的量产。
