财联社2月13日电，标准普尔发表报告称，预计香港写字楼租金今年将继续下跌，估值亦将跟随，持有甲级写字楼物业的主要地产商将面临物业估值下调冲击。该行预测，香港甲级写字楼租金今年将跌8-10%，跌幅大于原来估计的5%，意味租金回落至2012年水平。
