国盾量子消息，近日，由国盾量子参与制定、全国量子计算与测量标准化技术委员会（SAC/TC 578）归口管理的国家标准——《器件无关量子随机数发生器通用要求》（GB/T 45240-2025）正式发布，将于8月1日正式实施。该标准的发布实施，将为我国量子通信及相关领域的科研和工程应用提供坚实基础，并为后续制定相关领域国际标准创造有力条件。
