每经AI快讯，2月13日，抖音集团李亮发博回应代码抄袭质疑： 一名曾经在美摄工作过的工程师，离职两年半后加入了字节。在字节工作期间，写代码时重复使用了一部分他在美摄工作时写过的代码（经司法鉴定，相关重复代码占比很小，不超过美摄软件的4%、抖音的0.8%）。这种行为，属于严重违规，公司是明令禁止的，目前该员工也已经离职。
