财联社2月12日电，九安医疗公告称，审议通过了购买控股子公司iHealth Inc.少数股东股权的议案。公司全资子公司Andon Hong Kong Co., Limited拟以45,910,455美元的价格从Best Ventures Limited处购买iHealth Inc.的20%股权，交易完成后，iHealth Inc.将成为公司全资子公司。本次交易不涉及关联交易或重大资产重组，不会对公司财务状况和经营成果产生重大不利影响，预计将对公司未来的经营业绩产生正面影响。
